պրծանիմ
Old Armenian
Alternative forms
- փրծանիմ (pʿrcanim)
- փրթանիմ (pʿrtʿanim)
Etymology
The root is պուրծ- (purc-) (variants փուրթ- (pʿurtʿ-) and փուրծ- (pʿurc-)), whose origin is unknown. Ačaṙean proposes that it may be of the same origin as the root of ապրիմ (aprim).
