יַיִן • (yáyin) m (plural indefinite יֵינוֹת‎, singular construct יֵין־, plural construct יֵינֵי־‎) [pattern: קֶטֶל]

1. wine (fermented grape juice)

   ‏אני אוהב יינות אדומים ואחי מעדיף יינות לבנים.‎‎

   aní ohév yeinót adumím v'akhí ma'adíf yeinót l'vaním.

   I love red wines and my brother prefers white wines.
