From Greek φουσκί (fouskí), from Byzantine Greek φυσκίον (phuskíon) (whence also Pontic Greek φουσ̌κίν (fouškín), φουσ̌κί (fouškí)), a diminutive of Ancient Greek φύσκη (phúskē).
