ハブる
Japanese
Etymology
Derived by appending the verb-forming suffix る (-ru) to noun ハブ (habu, “someone who is left out of a group”), itself a shortening of noun form 省き (habuki, “omission”), in turn from verb 省く (habuku, “to omit”).[1]
