In general use, Türkisch refers to the varieties spoken in Turkey, including at most the closely related varieties in countries neighbouring Turkey (such as Bulgaria or Syria).
In linguistic and other scientific use, Türkisch usually refers to the above only when the context is clear, while Türkeitürkisch (literally “Turkey Turkish”) is used for clarity.
