Etymology

zj (“to go”) +‎ n(j) (“of”) +‎ sḏt (“fire”), thus perhaps literally ‘go-away of fire’. Some authors identify the first element with zbj (“to go, to lead”) rather than with zj or simply conflate the two verbs entirely.
