Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center

The Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center (AAEC) is a chain of public charter high schools that focus on agricultural businesses. The schools are located on college campuses in collaboration with Maricopa County Community College District and Yavapai Community College. The system was founded in 1997 with the establishment of the South Mountain campus. Since then, the chain has been expanded to incorporate 6 separate campuses, which are located within the Greater Phoenix valley area, and Prescott Valley.

The school is known for its on-campus veterinary technician science program, FFA participation, and frequent Associate degree completion by students.

The high school chain has been accused of allegedly hiring and employing staff who were deemed to be incompetent and/or problematic, particularly at the Red Mountain campus, where several different teachers have been fired amid complaints from students and parents regarding negligence and misconduct.
