Is initialism of правосла́вие головно́го мо́зга (pravoslávije golovnóvo mózga, “Orthodoxy of the brain”) - a wordplay between the sound of the РПЦ-abbreviation and the medical terms like e.g. опухоль головного мозга (a brain tumor).
