A Pseudo-Arabism, derived from ط ب ع‎ (ṭ b ʕ). Attested since 1733[1]. Equivalent to Arabic مَطْبَعَة‎ (maṭbaʕa), from طَبَعَ‎ (ṭabaʕa)
