Compare also the verb ܐܵܟ̰ܹܡ (āčēm, to close), ܛܵܡܹܡ (ṭāmēm, to close a cavity by filling) and Turoyo ܛܳܝܶܡ (ṭōyēm, to close). (This etymology is missing or incomplete. Please add to it, or discuss it at the Etymology scriptorium.)
