A minus symbol (−) inside a circle.

Usage notes

Some fonts do not clearly show ⊖ as a circled minus, but rather render it as a bisected circle. To force the symbol to display correctly (with a "white rim"), the sequence U+2296 FE00 is provided: ⊖︀.
