ϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ
Coptic
Etymology
Uncertain. Vycichl considers it most likely an agent noun formed from ϭⲱⲗϫ (cōlč, “to bend”), even though this word is not attested in the dialects where a form of ϭⲁⲗⲁⲩϫ (calauč) is attested.
