Probably related with a Mongolic source. Wiktionary lists Mongolian түргэн хоол (türgen khool, “fast food”), and lists Mongolian түргэн тусламжийн тэрэг (türgen tuslamjiin tereg, “ambulance”) and Mongolian түргэн (türgen, “quickly”) as translations under their respective English entries.
