From Old Anatolian Turkish, exposing the recent form آناصون (anason) only at the Late Ottoman stage by vowel harmony and borrowed in the spellings and vocalizations آنسون (anesun) and آنیسون (anisun) from Arabic أَنْسُون (ʔansūn), أَنِيسُون (ʔanīsūn), itself a science translation loan from Ancient Greek ἄνισον (ánison).
