      چو شب شد شنیدند آواز کرگ / سکندر بپوشید خفتان و ترگ
      čo šab šod šenidand âvâze karg / sekandar bepušid xeftân o targ
      By nightfall, they heard rhinoceros growling / [as a result,] Alexander put on his armor and helmet.
