ᄀᆞ을
Jeju
Etymology
Likely borrowed from Early Modern Korean ᄀᆞ을 (koul)[1], from Middle Korean ᄀᆞᅀᆞᆶ (kozolh), from earlier Old Korean 秋察 (*KOsol, *KOcol). The traditional reflex would have preserved the original /s/ as seen in alternative forms ᄀᆞ슬 (gawseul) and ᄀᆞ실 (gawsil).
