何卒

Compound of the pronoun 何(なに) (nani), the case particle と (to) and linking particle ぞ (zo).

何(なに)卒(とぞ) • (nanitozo) 

1. somehow, by all means, one way or another

   何卒(なにとぞ)大学(だいがく)に合格(ごうかく)するように

   nanitozo daigaku ni gōkaku suru yō ni

   to get accepted into the university in one way or another

   Synonyms: どうにかして, なんとかして

2. strongly expresses a request: please, kindly

   何卒(なにとぞ)お体(からだ)を大切(たいせつ)に

   nanitozo o karada o taisetsu ni

   please take care of yourself

   Synonyms: どうぞ, どうか

In the second sense, 何卒 is more polite and formal than どうぞ and どうか.
