Etymology
From Proto-Albanian *a-tšilna[1] or *a-čila-[2], a compound equivalent to a privative e- (from *a-, from Proto-Indo-European *n̥-) + sillë (“breakfast”). Interpretible as e- + sille (“breakfast”) A similar formation to egjëll.[3]
