Etymology
A5 + papir, first part is the first letter of the Norwegian alphabet with a number. From late Old Norse pappir, from Middle Low German pappir, from Latin papyrus (“papyrus, paper”), from Ancient Greek πάπυρος (pápuros, “papyrus”), of unknown descent, perhaps from Egyptian.
