ricer (plural ricers)

1. (US) A person, especially a Native American, who cultivates and harvests rice.
   • 1967, The New Yorker, Volume 43, Part 6, page 41:

     He opened the cashbox and counted out the money, and Martin handed it on to one of the ricers.

     "Where are you guys ricing tomorrow?" he said.

     "Down in the Refuge," the ricer with the money said.
