Im working on an existing .net project, so im getting it working locally.
It was built by people on windows OS (im not sure if that matters but it does seem to be an os problem maybe)
Im on mac osx.
When i launch the app via terminal 'dotnet run' or through vs code.
There seems to be an sql connection problem, as an exception occurs.
Through vscode the exception is:
An exception of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException' occurred in System.Data.SqlClient.dll but was not handled in user code: 'A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 31 - Encryption(ssl/tls) handshake failed)'
Inner exceptions found, see $exception in variables window for more details.
Innermost exception System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException : Error occurred during a cryptographic operation.

Through terminal (dotnet run):

But if i run via visual studio for mac (not vs code) it works fine..? Also i noticed that it would only run on visual studio for mac when i upgraded the project to 2.1+
What is going on here?
