Normally 您 is only used as a singular form. To address a group, 你們／你们 (nǐmen) should be used — the plural of 你 (nǐ) — or consider a polite plural pronoun like 各位 (gèwèi). Alternatively, a number plus a classifier can be placed after 您, e.g. 您二位 (nín èr wèi), 您幾位／您几位, etc.
