ग़लती • (ġaltī) f (Urdu spelling غَلَطِی‎)

1. mistake

   ग़लती से ― ġaltī se ― by mistake

   Synonyms: चूक (cūk), भूल (bhūl)

2. error, fault

   यह मेरी ग़लती तो हो ही नहीं सकती।

   yah merī ġaltī to ho hī nahī̃ saktī.

   This definitely can't be my fault.

   Synonym: अशुद्धि (aśuddhi)

Often the term ग़लती (ġaltī) is written as गलती (galtī) that is devoid of the nuqta.
