-hna is the Gheg variant of the Tosk (and Standard Albanian) personal suffix -hem (I, me). Compound of mediopassive marker h + -na (I, me) personal suffix. Indicating 1st person singular (indicative, present) (same as Tosk -hem). See Gheg -na for more.
