奢侈

1. luxurious; extravagant

   閒居是一種奢侈。／闲居是一种奢侈。  ―  Xiánjū shì yī zhǒng shēchǐ.  ―  Being able to stay at home doing nothing in particular is a kind of luxury.

     To have wasteful and extravagant rulers achieve good control over dissolute and mean people, and desire the state to be without disorder is out of the question.
